Michael was recommended to me by a friend after I had some not-so-satisfactory experiences with other RE agents. So, I entered our relationship without too much optimism. I must confess my experience with Michael, while searching and working toward purchasing the house of our dreams in California, was greater than I ever expected. With Michael you have the feeling of a personal friend helping you find and buy the house you really want. He is not doing his job. He is constantly going the extra mile. Michael is extremely competent but will advise you without patronizing. He has an extensive knowledge of the area in all Orange county but will listen to your desire. I was impressed to see how Michael is both versed and diligent regarding the whole process. Every detail is covered. Every phone call is answered. We looked for the house we wanted for over a year and there was no situation when Michael was not available for us. When dealing with the other party Michael was clearly showing his negotiation skills and was always fighting for the best deal possible.
I was very impressed with Michael’s patience, professionalism, persistence and optimism. To be honest, Michael helped me buy a house that is even more than I expected. I will wholeheartedly recommend Michael to anybody, anytime. (less)
